After 1 or 2 hours of exercising in the water, you may want to do these water relaxation exercises before you call it a day at the pool. These exercises are of low intensity and will help your body to unwind. Do not forget to do a bit of stretching when you get out of the pool.
On a side note, people have been asking us where to get the pool noodles. We have found a source on Facebook and it is called Family Pool Noodles (US). We will either update this page or create a new one when we find other sources for the other countries.
